This Monday we catch up with Team Hope Fighter from Hamburg. The team played in the GGWCUP Europe 2019 in Copenhagen. The Team’s mission was "to use the power of sport and movement to empower and improve inclusion and social participation of women and girls."

In 1989, my parents left our home country of Afghanistan for Germany. They wanted to make sure that when they started a family, their children would have the opportunity for a good education and involvement in sports.” – Shabnam Ruhin.

The team is part of the organization Girl Power, that uses the power of sports, movement and football to engage the young women in the conversations and will let the conversations and visits evolve naturally.
