Corruption and Bribery Policy
Eir Org is determined to maintain the highest standards of integrity and work ethics across all its programs and maintains a policy of zero tolerance of corruption and bribery in all forms. Eir Org defines corruption as the abuse of entrusted power; and bribery as offering, promising, giving, accepting or soliciting an advantage as an inducement for an action that is illegal, unethical or a breach of trust.
Consequently, Eir Org affiliated people must not accept, give or promise gifts, hospitality or anything of monetary value that could be interpreted as intending to improperly influence a decision or which could unduly affect proper business judgment or otherwise raise concerns about our integrity.
Travel and Housing Policy
Coaches and Staff traveling abroad with Eir Org will at times be asked to purchase their own airline tickets and will be reimbursed after having provided receipts. Economy class is the standard form of traveling and reimbursement. Travel insurance when needed will be covered by Eir Org.
When providing housing incl. hotel, Eir Org will guarantee that the place is safe and has the needed facilities like water, electricity, locks and fire safety / instructions.
All people traveling under Eir Org will be informed about Eir Org Policies.
