Set to break ground for women in sports

The EIR Coach Program is for every woman who wants to master new skills and combine playing sports with meaningful togetherness for long-term change in their local community.

Our goal with the EIR Coach Program is to create a quality coaching program for women.

The Program inspire, bring about creativity, imagination, leadership and open doors and break barriers on and off the field:

  • Contribute to closing the gender based activity gap by raising the status and recognition of women's amateur sports, and create new types of relatable active female role models.

  • Facilitate the emergence of a new community of active women, committed to promoting sustainable development through sports.

  • Create teams of women, which will present inspiring stories of women overcoming historical, cultural and social barriers.

What motivated you to join the Program?

“My motivation to join the EIR Coach Program was to learn from other coaches and to have a stronger connection with amazing women supporting each other. The Play Method made me think of different perspectives, which helped me to find better ways to solve problems and overcome barriers,” – Shabnam, EIR Coach 2019.

What motivated you to join the Program?

I was looking for peers with the same passion but different journeys and challenges to learn and grow and fight together. I was also very much motivated by the possibility for my team/players to travel and create an impactful experience together,” - Carmen, EIR Coach 2019.
