Child Protection Policy
Eir Org recognises that football/sport can have a powerful and positive influence on communities, including children. It provides great friendships, a strong sense of belonging, it can develop valuable life skills like self-esteem, leadership and teamwork. These positive effects can only take place when football programs are safe places for children and organized by people who place the wellbeing of children first and adopt practices that support, protect and empower them.
