EIR Coach Program Jordan 2022
102 women are now certified as an EIR Coach and are equipped with skills to coach in schools, clubs, leagues, and to organize and run community activations.
A grant from Denmark's Novo Nordisk Foundation and support from HIKMA Jordan enabled us to launch the first one year EIR Coach Program in Jordan in 2022.
344 women applied to join the program. 102 were selected and graduated November 26 2022.
22 was selected as Head Coaches and they are equipped to lead a team of female coaches.
80 was selected as Coaches and are equipped to coach.
10 teams was formed during the Program, each creating their own local impact around their selected Global Goal (UN SDGs).
