“I’m the president of the Spanish Futsal Players Association "AJFSF" and created recently "FIPA"International Futsal Players Association to try to involve more the role of women players. Vice President of the European Elite Athlete’s Association EU ATHLETES, assemblywomen and a member of the Board Directors in the Royal Spanish Football Federation. I have been a professional player in first Division for many years and at this moment I play in Second Division.

I’m the second woman in Spain obtaining UEFA PRO Futsal Coach level degree in 2015. I work as a futsal and football coach in the university Politécnica of Madrid. I have a bachelor's degree in Science of physical Activity and Sports (INEF, Madrid) and also a bachelor’s degree in Sports Management (UCN, Denmark) I have also coursed a psychology coaching course called 7P`S to enhance and raise our emotional intelligence as coaches and leaders in other working areas.”

Soy la presidenta de la Asociación Española de Jugadoras de Futsal "AJFSF" y recientemente creé la Asociación Internacional de Jugadoras de Futsal "FIPA" para involucrar a más jugadoras de fútbol sala de distintos países. Actualmente también soy vicepresidenta de la Asociación Europea de Atletas de Élite "UE ATHLETES", asambleístas y miembro de la Junta Directiva de la Real Federación Española de Fútbol. He sido jugadora profesional en la primera división durante muchos años y en este momento juego en la segunda división.

Soy la segunda mujer en España en obtener el título de entrenador de fútbol sala de la UEFA PRO en 2015. Trabajo como entrenadora de fútbol sala y fútbol en la universidad Politécnica de Madrid. Tengo una licenciatura en Ciencias de la actividad física y deportes (INEF, Madrid) y también un Grado en Gestión Deportiva (UCN, Dinamarca). He realizado diversos curso y entre ellos un curso de coaching de psicología llamado 7P`S para mejorar y elevar nuestra inteligencia emocional como entrenadores. y líderes aplicado a cualquier ámbito y áreas de trabajo.

My motivation to be part of this special GGWCup & Erasmus+ Programme project

I think we have been and still are victimized that we aren't good enough to do whatever we want to do or become and we need to change and value ourselves first and understand that we need to fight for our rights because if not nobody else will do it. It's vital that women who are in decision making positions raise our voices and change the actual mentality of the society.

Mi motivación para ser parte de este proyecto espacial GGWCup & Erasmus +

Creo que hemos sido y aún somos víctimas de que no somos lo suficientemente buenas o capacitadas para hacer lo que queremos, y primero debemos concienciarno, valorarnos nosotras mismas y entender que debemos luchar por nuestros derechos porque, si no, nadie más lo hará. Es vital que las mujeres que están en puestos de toma de decisiones ayuden y alcemos nuestras voces para cambien la mentalidad de la sociedad en beneficio de todos.

Team Let Us BEE will be playing for Goal 15: Life On Land.

The Team will plant flower seeds to help the pollination and disappearance of bees and plants that contribute to the wellbeing of the planet and our food!

The team will visit schools and show the importance of caring about our ecosystem. The team will reach 600 children and talk with them about the global goals and Let It Bee project. Every boy and girl will get a paper cup with seeds to take home and plant with their parents and contunie the conversation about the global goals and especially life on land.

The team will speak with sponsors and companies who are going to collaborate with them and support the actions.

The organization that is going to collaborate is MUM and AJFSF.

Association MUM’s mission is to help women victims of gender violence to become survivor. Attending their personal development and obtain their full recovery and incorporation into society. AJFSF - ASOCIACIÓN DE JUGADORAS DE FÚTBOL SALA FEMENINO - is a Spanish Futsal Players Association and one of the biggest association of women athletes in Europe. Futsal players are really proactive. They help and collaborate in any good cause and initiatives that involve sport and women. Visit AJFSF here and please get social on Twitter and Facebook.

The AJFSF joins the MUM Association to participate actively in the international initiative of the 17 World Sustainable Development Goals of the United Nations. Through them, Spain is part of the GGWCup in 2019 for the first time. This collaboration gives support to women against abuse by entering into a great social project with futsal as a nexus.

Both associations have set up a team of women who with great enthusiasm will play football around a specific social initiative. ‘Let us bee!’ Is the common project chosen to contribute to a better world, promoting awareness, dissemination and active participation.

The activities have already started: football training, group dynamics, action proposals in educational institutions and social centers, awareness meetings, creation of information tools, etc.
