Today is #BenchmarkThursday and we will continue working on our core strength, lower body strength and muscular endurance.
Warm Up: high plank, single leg raise, hip lifts, walk outs to press up, shoulder gators.
Upper body and core conditioning: press ups, reverse crunch, full sit ups, twist, shoulder squeeze, plank wraps, knee drives, shoulder press, straight leg bicycle, push and pull.
