Following our past two weeks programme where we worked on our glutes and hips, our shoulders and arms strength; this week we taking it further where we going to specifically work on our upper body and core blend.
We need no bottle for this week. Focus on the details to get the most from this upper body and core work outs.
On Friday we have our usual Afro beat dance where this week we dance on drum beats.
Today is #AddictiveMonday:
Warm Up: high plank, single leg raise, hip lifts, walk outs to press up, shoulder gators.
Upper body and Core conditioning: press ups, reverse crunch, full sit ups, twist, shoulder squeeze, plank wraps, knee drives, shoulder press, straight leg bicycle, push and pull.
