The fifth Global Goals World Cup in the MENA region is hosted by Human Supporters Association and Rise For Good

Human Supporters Association (HSA) is a grassroots organization offering the youth of Palestine a non-violent, proactive alternative in dealing with the given political realities. It aims to be a gathering point for activists promoting justice and social change within the Palestinian society. The organization focuses on arts and culture as tools for development especially for youth.

HSA also operates psychosocial programs that target children and young adolescents in underserved and marginalized communities, specifically refugee camps, remote villages and old city of Nablus.

We are excited to bring the Global Goals World Cup to Palestine. The tournament is matching our objectives of empowering and justice. The Global Goals World Cup offers an opportunity to women to find their team, empower themselves, and be involved in sports which are typically exclusive to men. The tournament design also enhances women’s social integration within the local community, society as a whole and promotes mental health on all levels.
— Wajdi Yaeesh, Co-Founder and Director of HSA.

Rise For Good’s goal is to mobilize and support individuals and organizations to take positive actions to ensure positive outcomes for community, for society, and for the natural environment in which we live. Their mission is to change behavior by investing in values and identifying the passion and purpose that fuels human potential and fosters positive action.

Rise For Good creates, identifies, and fosters, local and global initiatives in Jordan and the Arab world, that both directly and indirectly promote universal human values among the youth, among the corporations and businesses, within the school systems and within the public and private institutions because they believe that education in values is a key ingredient for changing behavior for good.
