We believe that every person, no matter their gender, should be able to enjoy life to the absolute fullest! To achieve this, more space for women needs to be created within our society - especially surrounding sports!
نحن نعتقد أن كل شخص ، بغض النظر عن جنسه ، يجب أن يكون قادرًا على الاستمتاع بالحياة على أكمل وجه ! لتحقيق ذلك ، يجب إنشاء مساحة أكبر للنساء داخل مجتمعنا - خاصة للرياضة المحيطة
While things are changing, we want to help them change faster! We want to see women, hear from women, and BE women with larger stories than our jobs or struggles. We want to see women learn, grow, play, laugh, and get fit together in safe, friendly spaces!
بينما تتغير الأمور، نريد أن نساعدها على التغير بشكل أسرع! نريد أن نرى المرأة، ونسمع منها، ونكون نساء في قصص أكبر من وظائفنا أو صراعاتنا. نريد أن نرى المرأة تتعلم وتنمو وتلعب وتضحك وتتمرن معًا في مساحات آمنة وودية
How will the Team take action for the Goal?
كيف سيتخذ الفريق الإجراء اللازم لتحقيق الهدف؟
We are striving to create events, focused around health and well-being, specifically for women in the Ramallah area. We plan women-only weekly football matches, we have competed together in the Marathon, and recently hosted an all-women iftar in the community - potluck style! We see a gap in activities for women in the area - many are exclusionary, expensive or non-existent! We work together to close this gap while having fun and building a community.
نحن نسعى جاهدين لإنشاء أحداث تركز على الصحة والرفاهية ، خاصة للنساء في منطقة رام الله. نحن نخطط لمباريات كرة قدم أسبوعية للسيدات فقط ، وقد تنافسنا معًا في ماراثون واستضفنا مؤخرًا إفطارًا خاصًا بالنساء في المجتمع - بأسلوب الحظ! نرى فجوة في الأنشطة الخاصة بالنساء في المنطقة - فالعديد منها إقصائي أو مكلف أو غير موجود! نعمل معًا لسد هذه الفجوة أثناء الاستمتاع وبناء المجتمع
How will the Team measure impact and reach?
كيف سيقيس الفريق تأثير عمله ومدى وصوله؟
We measure our impact and reach by how many women are frequently joining us and by actively asking for their feedback after our events. How can we improve? What did you love? What wasn't great? We are seeking to build a happy, friendly community of women so our best measure of impact is to talk to the women involved in our activities directly!
نقيس تأثيرنا ومدى وصولنا من خلال عدد النساء اللواتي ينضممن إلينا بشكل متكرر ومن خلال طلب ملاحظاتهن بنشاط بعد أحداثنا. كيف يمكن أن نتحسن؟ ماذا تحبين؟ ما الذي لم يكن رائعًا؟ نحن نسعى لبناء مجتمع سعيد وودود من النساء ، لذا فإن أفضل مقياس لدينا للتأثير هو التحدث إلى النساء المشاركات في أنشطتنا مباشرة
How will the Team know your success?

Success, for us, is to create a sustainable community of women who do fun, healthy activities together but also lean on each other for support and build meaningful relationships. When we see new women joining our movement in Ramallah, bringing friends and having a great time - we know we have been successful in our mission!
