TransformándoNOS plays for Global Goal 5 Gender Equality
Why is this Global Goal Important to the team?
Este ODS es el principal que rige y ampara a TransformándoNOS en sus proyectos para implementarlo en la disciplina del fútbol. Es un área de impacto por la cual estamos trabajando a través de 4 líneas de acción: torneos élite femeninos, clínicas deportivas con enfoque diferencial y de género, torneos organizacionales para mujeres y línea de formación en equidad de género, empoderamiento y herramientas socioemocionales.
Global Goal 5 is the main one that governs and supports TransformándoNOS in its projects and in the implementation of the discipline of soccer.
It is an area of impact for which we are working through 4 lines of action:
elite women's tournaments
sports clinics with a differential and gender approach
organizational tournaments for women
training in gender equity, empowerment, and socioemotional tools.
How will the Team take action for the Goal?
Realizamos diferentes actividades a lo largo del año para impactar este ODS. El más grande es el torneo élite femenino llamado División Avanza, el cual se desarrolló por primera vez en el año 2022 en Bogotá e impactó a 380 futbolistas (80 futbolistas profesionales), 50 entrenadoras y entrenadores, y 20 personas de cuerpos técnicos y cuerpos médicos. En este 2023, vamos a desarrollar este proyecto en Bogotá y en Medellín con el objetivo de impactar a 700 futbolistas.
We carried out different activities throughout the year to impact this SDG. The biggest one is the elite women's tournament called División Avanza, which was developed for the first time in 2022 in Bogotá and impacted 380 soccer players (80 professional players), 50 coaches and trainers, and 20 people from the technical and medical staff.
In 2023, we will develop this project in Bogota and Medellin with the objective of impacting 700 soccer players.
How will the Team measure impact and reach?
Medimos con la cantidad de mujeres y actores del ecosistema del fútbol femenino que impactamos en cada territorio a los que llegamos con nuestros proyectos. Adicionalmente enviamos documentos de socialización para conocer la experiencia de cada persona en los proyectos.
We measure the number of women and actors in the women's soccer ecosystem that we impact in each territory we reach with our projects. Additionally, we send socialization documents to learn about the experience of each person in the projects.
How will the Team know your success?
Sabremos si hemos tenido exito si desarrollamos cada proyecto que tenemos estructurado, si impactamos la cantidad de personas que tenemos establecida y si recibimos un feedback positivo del 80% de las personas.
We will know if we have been successful if we develop each project we have structured, if we impact the number of people we have established, and if we receive positive feedback from 80% of the people.
