Why is this Global Goal Important to the team?
En nuestra comunidad se vienen desarrollando actividades en pro de la igualdad de género pero aún son insuficientes. En especial en el campo del deporte y específicamente en el fútbol, donde el rol de la mujer sigue siendo mal visto, señalado y lleno de prejuicios, por no hablas del poco apoyo que recibimos.
In our community, activities in favor of gender equality have been developed, but they are still insufficient. Especially in the field of sports and specifically in football, where the role of women continues to be frowned upon, pointed out, and full of prejudice, not to mention the little support we receive.
How will the Team take action for the Goal?
Difundir e incentivar la participación femenina en el deporte que amamos. Aportar a la transformación de nuestra comunidad a través de intervenciones deportivas, culturales y artísticas enfocadas al fútbol femenino.
Disseminate and encourage female participation in the sport we love. Contribute to the transformation of our community through sports, cultural and artistic interventions focused on women's football.
How will the Team measure impact and reach?
A través de las personas impactadas en nuestras intervenciones deportivas, culturales y artísticas: entrenamientos, partidos, torneos, charlas, conversatorios, talleres. Al igual, con el alcance de nuestras redes sociales.
Through the people impacted by our sports, cultural and artistic interventions: training sessions, matches, tournaments, talks, conversations, workshops. The same, with the reach of our social networks.
How will the Team know your success?
Si a través de nuestras intervenciones podemos lograr que más mujeres participen activamente y que su rol sea significativo. También si logramos patrocinios, si logramos empoderar lideres que lleven el mensaje de la igualdad de género a sus campos de acción y si en el municipio somos reconocidas.
If through our interventions we can get more women to participate actively in meaningful roles. Also if we get sponsorships, if we can empower leaders to take the message of gender equality to their fields of action and if we are recognized in the municipality.
