This is how the Team will take action for their Goal

  • We plan to complete training workshops to provide educational opportunities to people of all backgrounds.

  • We will use our influence to connect people to opportunities and networks that they may be left out of.

  • We will create a network of women and men who empower each other, support each other, and lift each other up.

  • We will aim to bring in experts from within Uganda and internationally for capacity building experiences for low income, disabled, and at-risk people groups.

  • We aim to identify key leaders, recruit them to be our spokesperson, and magnify our voices on these platforms.

How will the Team measure its actions, impact, and reach?

  • We will make a database with the aim that every member trains 2 additional people.

  • We see this magnifying effect allowing us to reach an average of 500 people each year.

  • We also plan to use social media to share a blog of success stories from our members.

  • We will also track how many of our stakeholders hold positions of leadership that we can draw on to make political, social, and economic change.
