Team FINCA Ladies will play for Global Goal 5 - Gender Equality
Team FINCA Ladies believe that both men and women have the same potential to yield results when given equal access to social and economic opportunities, access to resources and decision making.
Equality will lead to economic development which creates a more peaceful and happier environment.

FINCA started as a women microfinance lending to women groups, FINCA is an equal opportunity employer 52 % of the total staff, and 42 % of managerial staff are women.

Our plan is to cerebrate long serving female staff, our FINCA Global CEO, all employees will choose an exceptional woman and reward them at work.
We will do interviews for female employees about how they feel about the Goal. This will be shared on our social media platforms and internal emails.
How will the Team measure its actions, impact, and reach?
Number of people reached on social media, number of responses from fellow staff about choosing the exceptional woman.
