Team JYIF are champions of gender equality
Team JYIF is a group of passionate Jordanian women, and this team will be the official representative of the Jordan Youth Innovation Forum.
Jordan Youth Innovation Forum’s mission is to inspire the youth to realize their true potential by empowering them vocationally and educationally, instilling in them a sense of social responsibility, and assisting them in the development of a global perspective.
This team’s goal is to ensure equal opportunities for men and women, and to increase women and girls’ participation in sports.

الفريق هو مجموعة من النساء الأردنيات المتحمسات ، سوف يكون الفريق الممثل الرسمي لملتقى الاردني للابداع الشبابي
مهمة الملتقى الاردني للابداع الشبابي هو مصدر إلهام للشباب لتحقيق إمكانياتهم الحقيقية عن طريق تمكينهم مهنيا وتربويا، غرس في نفوسهم الشعور بالمسؤولية الاجتماعية، ومساعدتهم في تطوير منظور عالمي
هدف الفريق هو توفير الفرص المتكافئة للذكور و الاناث , و زيادة نسبة اقبال الفتيات على ممارسة الرياضة

This is how the Team will take action for their Goal
The value of women in sports extends to their professional life. By playing sports, women develop crucial life skills that they can use for the rest of their lives.
As JYIF Team we will encourage and advocate for female participation in the various sports by focusing on success stories of leading females in sports and other fields.
هذه هي الطريقة التي سيعمل بها الفريق لتحقيق هدفهم
تمتد قيمة النساء في الرياضة إلى حياتهن المهنية. من خلال ممارسة الرياضة ، تطوير النساء مهارات الحياتية المهمة يمكنهم استخدامها لبقية حياتهم
كفريق سوف نقوم بتشجيع الفتيات على المشاركة في الانشطة عن طريق تسليط الضوء على قصص نجاح لمجموعة من الاناث اللامعات في عدد من المجالات مثل الرياضة و غيرها
كيف يمكنك قياس تأثير أفعالك و توصيل رسالتك إلي أكبر عدد من الناس ؟
من خلال عمل استبيان للمشاركين ومقابلات مع الفتيات المشاركات وتسليط الضوء عليهم
How will the Team measure its actions, impact, and reach?
To ensure maximum outreach and impact, we will do surveys and interviews with the participants, and highlighting the female’s stories.
The Team’s physical activities and uniform
Team met and played football more than 5 times, engaged people (on social media) and did 10 face-to-face activities to promote your team’s Global Goal.
We conducted electronic lectures during the home quarantine period to spread awareness about cyberbullying against women and the empowerment of women electronically.
We will design masks for the team players in line with the current situation and the Corona epidemic, and the masks will also be recycled and made from a computer keyboard to express the team’s activity.
EXTRA: We are designing an application about cyberbullying to make awareness about cyberbullying against women. We are looking to add it to the App Store, because this problem are the global problem and we need to end it.
