This is how Women Deliver

“Through our advocacy, we apply a gender lens to all the SDGs to show that investing in gender equality and the health, rights, and wellbeing of girls and women creates a ripple effect that spurs growth and progress for all.”

Women Deliver was among the first organizations to promote the investment case for girls and women. They are recognized for impactful advocacy strategies, access to world influencers, participation on key coalitions and initiatives, and building the capacity of young people and civil society.

With advocacy messages, evidence, solutions, as well as the opportunity to learn more about what others are doing in the field, Women Deliver equips civil society to advocate for investing in girls and women.

They first GGWCup in Copenhagen, Denmark, was in 2016 during the Women Deliver conference.

We know that when the world invests in girls and women, everybody wins. _ Katja Iversen, President & CEO of Women Deliver.

This is how the Team will take action for their goal

Most recently, Women Deliver hosted the largest conference on gender equality in Vancouver, bringing together 8,008 world leaders, influencers, advocates, academics, activists, and journalists from around the world to accelerate progress for girls and women everywhere.

The Women Deliver 2019 Conference served as catalyst for all advocates working to achieve a more gender equal world and we we are using our power to build on that momentum and continue to advocate for the rights of girls and women across every aspect of their lives.
