One sports bra = One more opportunity to play!

 

Dear 2019 NYC GGWCup Participants & Attendees,

Bring a new sports bra to GGWCup and share your love of the game with an aspiring athlete!

The Sports Bra Project is excited to take action for the SDGs as part of the GGWCup Finals in NYC.

Since 2017, The Sports Bra Project has distributed more than 3,000 new sports bras to 23 different organizations operating in 18 countries, including the U.S.

New York-based founder, Sarah Dwyer-Shick, will be playing on the San Diego Soccer Women Team for Global Goal 10: Inclusion and Equality for all Ages and Genders.

Ideas for Action:

  • Donate NEW sports bras at the GGWCup event on September 25th. All sizes and brands are accepted! Collection bins will be on-site.

  • Request sports bras for your GGWCup players, an affiliate organization or community of girls and/or women in need. (Email Sarah before September 24th)

  • Talk to Sarah at the event about hosting a collection (or distribution) event through your organization!
