Team UAK play for Global Goal 5 - Gender Equality
UAK is an organization that strives for equality, paradigm shift, and advancement in society.
UAK has around 300 members that have a diverse professional background, where some members are already working in their field of expertise, while others are seeking higher education.
The organization strives to create a community where women can learn from, promote, and empower each other. The network between women who share similar values in pursuing their goals has proven to be invaluable.
Why Global Goal 5?
Gender equality is one of UAK main goal and therefore it suited well to choose it.
Also we think that societies that value women and men as equal are safer and healthier.
How will the Team take action for the Goal?
UAK's main goal is to promote equality, change of mindset and development in society.
UAK strives to create a platform for women to learn and empower each other. This is accompanied by an invaluable network of women who pursue similar goals in various fields.
Through its events, UAK wants to help women increase their strengths, develop their talents and the goal of each event is to fill participants with enthusiasm, whether it is courses, company visits or educational meetings.
What is succes for the Team?
We have achieved our goals when people of all genders have equal rights, responsibilities and opportunities.
