#BenchmarkThursday. We will be doing the benchmark workout today. This is a good way to measure your progress as a footballer or an athlete preparing for a tournament.

Warm-up: Star jumps 28, bodyweight squats 28, modified press ups 14, lateral lunges14. This will be done in 3 sets. We will take a rest between the second and the last set for 30 seconds. 

  • When: 10AM in New York City / 5PM in Kenya

  • Duration: 30+ minutes

As we work out for Gender Equality remember by denying women equal rights, we deny half the population a chance to live life at its fullest. So together we can eliminate chauvinism and work for equal rights and respect for all in the community.

“We are still working on sensitizing ladies on gender equality, we should be keen to note that in this month we have the Menstrual Hygiene Day on May 28. In creating that awareness, we shall be doing 28 secs in every workout.” – Diana.
