#BenchmarkThursday. We will be doing the benchmark workout today. This is a good way to measure your progress as a footballer or an athlete preparing for a tournament.
Warm-up: Star jumps 28, bodyweight squats 28, modified press ups 14, lateral lunges14. This will be done in 3 sets. We will take a rest between the second and the last set for 30 seconds.

As we work out for Gender Equality remember by denying women equal rights, we deny half the population a chance to live life at its fullest. So together we can eliminate chauvinism and work for equal rights and respect for all in the community.
