Water bottle workout #1 w / Dee

Not all we want we get; right? So use the little you have at your disposal to get fit and healthy.

I pick Global Goal 12 where I will recycle water bottles to work out with them. This motivates me first to see water is life and health is essential. How good to work out and look at the water close to you. So join me on Monday as I will be training with you. Keep it locked.

My warm up: High knees, jumping squats, jumping jacks, mountain climbers.
Actual training: Squats (squat to shoulder press, chest press), lunges, deadlift, side bends.

Football and my camera keeps me going, as I tell my story and advocating for women. I believe much can be done with football; the power of Ubuntu.

Diana graduated with BA in Journalism and media studies in her undergraduate course at the University of Nairobi. Later she pursued post graduate Diploma in FIFA/CIES Sports management at Nelson Mandela University. Currently she is a Club licensing and Media liaison officer Tusker FC. Diana is also a talented photographer and videographer, a member of the FIFA Fan Movement, and a passionate advocate for women’s football.
