About this session
Changing direction in a fast paced match is critical.
Today after the warm-up I'll show you a range of turns that you can have in your repetoire. We'll use them in a game popular with kids called "treasure chest".
We'll then do a yoga/ pilates move which I call "the frog balance" (not sure what it is actually named!).
We'll finish by focusing our attention on Global Goal 3 Good Health & Well-being- which is the official goal of Team Brave UK. We focus on mental and physical health through fun football in a friendly team environment.
