Team Serotonin for Good Health & Well-being & Happiness

We are a team of seven women who were brought together for the love of health and well being through football.

We were apart of the first ever female league in Madinah in 2017. We represented the university and acquired 2nd place!

We belief in the importance of sport and physical activity and its impact on both individuals and society.

We have adopted the idea of sport as happiness and named the team “The Happiness Hormone”, which is produced in the body during physical activity. Our our slogan was chosen through the chemical drawing of the happiness hormone: Serotonin.

بسبب إيمان أعضاء الفريق بأهمية الرياضة والنشاط البدني وتأثيره على الأفراد والمجتمع، فقد تبنينا فكرة الرياضة كسعادة، لذلك أطلقنا على الفريق اسم "هرمون السعادة"، والذي ينتجه الجسم أثناء النشاط البدني وكذلك تم اختيار شعارنا من خلال الرسم الكيميائي لهرمون السعادة.

We intend to influence other women in our community to not only enhance their health, but enjoy doing it!

Our goal is to raise awareness of the importance of physical activity and making it accessible for everyone. Taking care of one's physical health improves the quality of life substantially. We believe it is an opportunity everyone should have.

Educating and advocating is the first step!
