Why is this Global Goal Important to the team?
En todo el mundo y en todos los sectores, el liderazgo de las mujeres sigue siendo subrepresentadas. Las mujeres deben tolerar leyes, instituciones y actitudes discriminatorias que restringen su liderazgo y participación plena en la vida pública/privada/empresarial. Este desafío de desarrollo nos motiva a apoyar el crecimiento económico inclusivo y sostenido, creando empleos decentes para todas las mujeres y mejorando sus estándares de vida.
Around the world and in all sectors, women's leadership continues to be underrepresented. Women must tolerate discriminatory laws, institutions and attitudes that restrict their leadership and full participation in public/private/business life. This development challenge motivates us to support inclusive and sustained economic growth, creating decent jobs for all women and improving their living standards.
Goal How will the Team take action for the Goal?
Nosotras vamos a trabajar para el desarrollo de un programa de formación empresarial con el fin de potencializar las ideas de negocios de mujeres en Colombia y fortalecer el impacto de las mismas. A su vez se tiene como objetivo trabajar por la disminución de la brecha de desigualdad económica y de género.
We will work for the development of business training programs in order to empower women's business ideas in Colombia and strengthen their impact. At the same time, the objective is to work to reduce the economic and gender inequality gap.

Si el equipo alcanzó el número de reuniones y participantes previsto y ayudó a las mujeres a potencializar sus ideas de negocios.
