GGWCUP Norway 2022

Team Bærekraftsfestivalen plays for Global Goal 17

We are a team of women from Bærekraftsfestivalen, the country host for the first GGWCUP in Norway.

Bærekraftsfestivalen’s vision is to make Kristiansand the Sustainability Capital in Scandinavia. We will increase knowledge about sustainability and partnerships across cultures, generations and different organizations. The festival will continue its mission, provide knowledge and activities up until 2030, in order to contribute to the UN Sustainable Development Goals by the year of 2030.

We are proud also to play in the tournament for world-changing partnerships.

Why is this Goal important to you?

Goal 17 is important because we need to build partnerships in order to reach the goals. The collaborations created between students, businesses and other organisations is a way to start create new solutions for the future.

How will the Team take action for the Goal?

We are creating a festival where everyone is welcome to participate, take action and create new solutions for the future. During our festival students will solve cases for businesses, present them at the conference stage and encourage every person to take action and create change.

How will the Team measure the impact?

We will measure our social media reach and engagement. So far (May 19, 2022) have reached 130.000 people at our social medias from @bfestivalen and #ggwcupno.
