SafePad plays for Global Goal 4 Quality Education
Statistics has shown that one in ten girls miss out of school due to lack of menstrual products.
Our team aims to ensure that all girls acquires the quality education they deserve without missing school days. Through our unique sustainable antimicrobial treated reusable pads, we aim to ensure that all girls menstruate with dignity and that their education isn't cut short due to menstruation, and we have been making progress in this aspect.
This is how the Team will take action for their Goal
We will take action as a team through the following ways:
Educating school girls on good menstrual hygiene practices and introducing Safe Pad to them as a way to promote good hygiene practice and reduce missing out of school by these girls.
Carry out online sensitization programs to help educate the general public on good menstrual hygiene practices.
Online campaign to call on government to invest in menstrual hygiene as a means to keep girls in school.
Organizing webinar around menstrual hygiene.
