This team of young ECO Warriors are joining us all the way from Toronto Canada. 
Team captain Kehkashan Basu has been impacting the global community for the past 8 years with her work on peace, children’s rights, education for sustainable development, gender equality and climate justice. In 2013 at the age of 12, she was elected for a 2year term, to UNEP’s (United Nations Environment Programme) Now she is leading her team from Green Hope Foundation, which she founded in 2012.

The team is dedicating their Global Goals World Cup participation to goal 13: Climate Action, and will work to raise awareness of climate change and the need for urgent action to ensure a sustainable future. As they say: Our Future Is In Our Hands! -And we truly hope so, because in the hands of Kehkashan and her teammates -we have a hope for a green future.
