Bring a soccer ball and your water bottles and get ready to get a full-body workout for Global Goal 4!
Any sport workout requires dedication and a proper workout routine to get into the shape. Luckily for you sport and fitness lovers, on today's Clubhouse training, I will take you through a soccer-inspired workout aiming at everyone in the society from old to young.
As we play our small sided games during the GGWCUP this will help you out. Our work out today will sensitize on Goal 4 Quality education.

Our training:
NOTE: Good warm up, take it slow & form is key ( very essential). Do what you can do & improvise when necessary.
Put the ball on the floor…tap the ball with the feet
Put the ball or the bottle on the floor or flat surface and cross your legs across the ball
Shuffle right and left as you lift the leg holding on to the ball or your water bottle
Russian twist with the ball as you pass the ball to the next person
Wood chops (lift the ball/water bottle from one foot and raise it up)
Side lunge and let the ball or the water bottle hold the ground
Lunge and pass the ball/water bottle in between the legs
For those with knee problems I have a workout for you today
Lay flat on the floor or your sofa and pull the knee cap slowly and release (5-10)
Put the ball under the knee then left up the leg and release
