In playing the 5 v 5 we need strength, so our Monday training will be working on core conditioning, glutes and lower body mobility. Fill your bottles with water and get ready. This workout challenges your abs and glutes with movements in all directions.
Types of exercises involved: Lower body endurance: hip lift match, bird dogs, runner touches, bottom up squats, lateral lunges, cross back lunges, hip lifts.
Core conditioning: Plank, side plank knee drives, kneeling bottle halos, boat to low boat, pendulum legs, mountain climbers.
