We will be up working on our core strength, lower body strength and muscular endurance.
In playing the 5 v 5 we need strength so our Monday training will be a better basic Monday where we work on building strength, lower body strength, overall fitness and upper body. Increase the bottle size and let’s get addicted. Have your heavy, light and moderate water bottles. Fill your bottles with water and get ready. Keep up a constant pace and core engaged.

Because we are still working on sensitizing ladies on gender equality, we should be keen to note that in this month we have the Menstrual Hygiene Day on May 28. In creating that awareness, we shall be doing 28 secs in every workout.” – Diana.
Types of exercises involved:
Warm up: Knee hugs, walkouts, squats, reverse lunge reaches, hip cradles, lateral hips openers.
Strength: reverse water bottle lunges, kneeling w/b pull overs, modified press ups, alternating w/b rows, w/b squat and press.
Core: single leg raises, plank alternating leg lifts.
