Every Thursday we shall be doing the benchmark workout like the one we started last week. This is the best way to measure your progress as a footballer or a sports person preparing for a tournament which is coming in weeks’ time or months’ time.
Warm-up:, star jumps 20, bodyweight squats15, modified pressups 10, lateral lunges10. This will be done in 3 sets. One will take a rest between the second and the last set for 30 seconds.
If you need to modify a drill because it’s tough on you, that’s fine. What matters most is making your workout a habit and pushing yourself to improve. For the push ups which we shall be doing this week, if you need to modify it’s again very okay. We consider everyone while doing our exercises. Keep your programme with you and lets #Getaddicted.

Global Goal 5 Gender Equality
As we work out for Gender Equality remember by denying women equal rights, we deny half the population a chance to live life at its fullest. So together we can eliminate chauvinism and work for equal rights and respect for all in the community.
