Today we'll build upon what we learnt in session 1 when we learnt the basics of passing. We'll develop our passing and try some more advanced passes such as the lofted pass and chip. Then we'll play some footgolf to put our technique into practice. Our core strength challenge today is the 'twirly plank'.
