Team Oasis play for Zero Hunger
In 2019 we realized that our city Qatif, which is considered an Oasis, is missing a Women's sports teams. Therefore, we thought of forming the first Women's football team in Qatif.
We worked very hard toward achieving our goal. The idea of creating the team is beyond just playing football. Our work also included promoting women sports and participate in social activities and organize social events.
Our achievements so far:
Gathering the team twice a week and participate in WWW event in Eastern Province.
Eight of our players decided to participate in this GGWCUP to help achieve important Global Goals and raise awareness about Zero Hunger.
This is how the Team will take action for their Goal
Since the establishment of the Oasis women's football team, one of our main objectives are to promote the role of women in society at all levels and in various fields and spread the culture of women's sports in general and football in particular.
To succeed we connect football with community work, which allow us to achieve our teams ultimate goal: Zero hunger.
Team Oasis will organize the following community events:
1. Awareness campaign at (Al Qatif City Mall)
2. Iftar fasting campaign in the eastern region: Qatif – Dammam-Al Khobar
3. Cooperation with Feeding Association
4. Donation to help countries in need
5. Share an awareness documentary video in social media under the events hashtags and the goal
7. Donate to countries in need by share the meal and post it on social media
8. Agriculture campaign to encourage agriculture and its importance in ending hunger
9. create a presentation to show some ways of how to eliminate hunger
منذ تأسیس فریق الواحة النسائي لكرة القدم، ومن أھدافه الرئیسیة العمل على تعزیز دور المرأة في المجتمع على جمیع الأصعدة وفي شتى المجالات ونشر ثقافة الریاضة النسائیة بشكل عام ورياضة كرة القدم بشكل خاص. لتحقیق ھذه الأھداف، سعى فریق الواحة لربط كرة القدم بالخدمة المجتمعية والعطاء والتي أتیحت لنا عن طریق المشاركة في كأس العالم للأهداف العالمية واختیار الھدف الذي من شأنه تحقيق اهداف فريق الواحة وهو القضاء التام على الجوع
لذلك فريق الواحة سوف ينظم الفعاليات المجتمعية التالية للمساعدة في تحقيق وخدمة الهدف
حملة توعوية فمجمع تسوق (القطيف سيتي مول)
حملة إفطار صائم على مستوى المنطقة الشرقية: القطيف – الدمام- الخبر
التعاون مع جمعية إطعام
التبرع لمساعدة الدول المحتاجة
مشاركة فيديو وثائقي توعوي في السوشل ميديا تحت هاشتاقات الفعالية والهدف و نشره على السوشل ميديا
التبرع للدول المحتاجة عن طريق share the meal
حملة زراعة للحث بالزراعة وأهميتها في القضاء على الجوع
عمل برزنتيشن يوضح بعض الطرق لكيفية القضاء على الجوع
