Team HELLEBROEN is fighting poverty at home.
Team HELLEBROEN wants the world to know that there is poverty everywhere and they want to put special focus on poverty in Denmark for this tournament. As of 2017, there are upwards of 6600 homeless people living in Denmark and the number is on the rise. Youth homelessness is an especially pernicious problem.
Team HELLEBROEN will play for Goal 1: No Poverty in order to shine a light on the problem right here in Denmark through personal narratives and awareness raising.
Hellebroen Værested provide a secure foundation for young homeless to thrive from.
