Pre-season training w/ Ella Masar + Babett Peter
In this special pre-season training series you get to follow Babett’s preparation for the iconic first season of the first ever Real Madrid’s women’s team.
You will get a peak into a detailed planned training program. Detailed in the way of being able to see the in-depth look into the different scientific, mental, and physical prep that is needed to stay at the ‘top of the game’.
Try to follow. And have a lot of fun!
As you can see, the first 25-30 minutes of this session were focused on a good warm up and getting Babett’s and Magda’s bodies prepped for the training. With this being their third session in three days - it was not a session focused on getting their heart rates up, but more on getting their technique sharp (as you can see in the next video) and ready for the important weeks to come.
Warm up cont. This part of the warm up will be focusing on reaction with technique.
Here you can see the last form of the exercise with a more triangle based movement and some different touches/scans.
Also at the end, a little friendly competition. which I am a huge fan anytime you are training individuals or teams. This brings some fun into it plus a different level of concentration and work :)
