ZC Dolls with balls is a team from Zátiší Catering Group that is protecting the planet and acting eco friendly. And they’re trying to do that every day. They eliminated plastics, educate their clients about food consumption, reduce waste, use local ingredients and try to have sustainable menu. The players are Tereza Kučerová, Darja Jesičková, Zuzana Zapletalová, Nikola Malá, Anna Skořepová, Aneta Kefurtová, Milena Pančevová and Radka Mrňová.
ZC Dolls with Balls want people be more mindful of their consumption habits and encourage them not to throw away or waste things for no reason. By participating in GGWCup they want to spread this approach and contribute to accomplish SDG12 - Responsible consumption and production.
How will the team take action for their Goal?
Urban Farm - working in the garden, harvesting and using their own herbs
Communal fridge - refilling it with food that wasn’t consumed
ZC mug - eliminating plastics and paper coffee cups used for drinks
Sustainable menu - a menu that contains local and seasonal ingredients
Bike box - by bike to work
